Ground School covers airman's knowledge including aerodynamics, airplane performance, use of instrumentation, navigation, meteorology, flight planning, regulations, airspace, human factors, etc. to the extent required by the FAA written and oral knowledge exams for Private and Commercial pilots. (Flightschool covers actual flight operations and maneuvers). Each chapter includes highlights of important facts as well as sample test questions and answers. If you already have your Private license and have gotten a bit rusty, this book makes an excellent review of much of what you may have forgotten both for day to day flying, and for your biennial flight reviews.
